1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dream1 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This document is a legally binding agreement between you (The User) and Dream1. In 2026, the digital landscape requires strict adherence to rules to maintain a fair-play environment. If you do not agree with any part of these 4000-word terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. 2. Eligibility & Registration

To participate in our paid leagues, you must be at least 18 years of age. Use of the app is restricted in certain Indian states where local laws prohibit pay-to-play fantasy sports. It is the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations. Multiple accounts for a single user are strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban.

3. User Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. Dream1 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.

4. Fair Play Policy

Dream1 is built on the principle of skill-based gaming. Any attempt to manipulate results, use automated scripts (bots), or engage in collusion will lead to immediate account termination and forfeiture of all winnings. Our 2026 Fair Play algorithm monitors every transaction and team entry for suspicious patterns.

5. Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposits

All deposits are final. We use bank-grade encryption to secure your payments. Funds deposited into the 'Unutilized' wallet cannot be withdrawn directly; they must be used to join contests.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are only permitted for 'Winnings' after successful KYC verification. In 2026, most withdrawals are processed via UPI or IMPS within minutes, though bank delays may occasionally occur.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Dream1 platform, including logos, graphics, and software code, is the exclusive property of Dream1. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this content is a violation of copyright laws and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dream1 is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failure, or incorrect team selection by the user. Our liability is limited to the entry fee paid for a specific contest.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, especially in cases of fraud, harassment of other users, or violation of these 4000-word terms. Upon termination, your access to all funds and data will be restricted.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

10. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances, such as a match being abandoned without a single ball being bowled. In such cases, the entry fee will be credited back to the user's wallet within 48 hours.

11. Taxes (TDS)

As per the Finance Act of India, TDS will be deducted at the applicable rate (currently 30%) on all net winnings. Dream1 will provide a TDS certificate to the user at the end of the financial year for tax filing purposes.
